Care Workers: to provide care and support to assist consumers to retain or regain independence, encourage them to do as much as possible for themselves, promote and monitor the consumers overall wellbeing.
Garden Crew: to assist with garden maintenance and minor home maintenance to consumer’s homes, gardens and/or yards, to maintain safety, independence and access for the consumer within their home
Nurses: to provide care and support to assist consumers to retain or regain independence, encourage them to do as much as possible for themselves, promote and monitor the consumer’s overall wellbeing and provide medical guidance and assistance.

We have various positions that are held by volunteers, who support the services SWCC can provide.
Drivers: using the fleet vehicles to transport our consumers to various appointments.
Social Centre Assistants: support consumers in the day centres with exercises, activities, morning tea and meals.
Outings Assistants: go on outings to support consumers on fun days out and about.
